Sun Club Donates to GrowNYC Greenmarket & Riverside Park

Green Mountain Energy Company is proud to announce the $50,000 donation to Riverside Park Fund to help install a solar array at Riverside Park off of the Hudson River. The solar array will be part of the Green Outlook renovation project which will transform an abandoned parking lot into a scenic destination for the park’s visitors. In addition, the Sun Club donated $16,599 to the GrowNYC’s iconic Greenmarket for a solar array that will run its education station. Just a typical Earth Month for the Sun Club^TM

It’s been a busy month for the Green Mountain Energy^TM Sun Club^TM between the normal, party-dampening rain; torrential floods (on two occasions); a freakish March snowstorm; oh, and can’t forget the unprecedented tornadic activity. Despite the weather during this year’s Earth Month, the Sun Club made five solar donations to very worthy organizations across  Texas.
